About The Position

LLE Education Group is seeking an enthusiastic Childcare Teacher to support children’s learning and development in a licensed childcare setting in Ashburn, Virginia. The teacher creates and implements engaging lesson plans, supports children during learning, play, meals, and rest, and maintains a clean, organized, stimulating classroom. The role includes collaborating with the teaching team on curriculum ideas and communicating with families through mobile apps and personal updates. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Reliable, engaging, and patient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic classroom.
• Ability to build relationships with children, families, and the team.
• Flexibility and readiness to adapt to students’ and school’s needs.
• CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field, or equivalent coursework.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility; active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
• Ability to meet Virginia licensing standards and pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs.
