About The Position

Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a Childcare Teacher for its Inman, South Carolina location. The teacher will help create a safe, healthy, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow. The role supports children’s social and emotional development and uses STEAM-focused learning and the Creative Curriculum. Teachers also use the center’s app to communicate with families and build relationships with them.

Foundations provides early learning programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, with a focus on school readiness, socialization, literacy, problem-solving, self-esteem, and other life skills. The center describes its mission as enriching children’s lives through meaningful, innovative early learning experiences and its vision as empowering children to realize their full potential.

Requirements

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
• Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for child safety and emergencies.
