Assistant Toddler Teacher
About The Position
The Assistant Toddler Teacher supports Lead Toddler Teachers in preparing toddlers for preschool and beyond. The role helps deliver a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development, and inspires children through creative arts and music programs. The teacher celebrates developmental milestones, including potty training, communication, and emotional expression, while building relationships with parents through daily interactions and communication. The position also requires following Lightbridge Academy and governmental rules and regulations concerning children's care, health, and safety, and contributing to an engaging, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Organization, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
