About The Position

Childtime at Little Oaks is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help provide daily care and support children’s learning and development. The role involves maintaining a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and engaging with children. The Assistant Teacher will develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and communicating effectively with families. Extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development topics is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
