About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at Childtime of Whiteland. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and developing the ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The assistant teacher completes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.
