About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Learning Care Group provides early childhood education programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years through its family of brands. Its research-based curriculum and facilities are intended to support holistic child development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment and help prepare children for school.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
