They provide daily care, support an engaging and well-organized classroom, develop skills in observing and assessing children and planning for their needs, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to observe and assess children accurately and plan for them effectively.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
