Lead Teacher, Childtime of Mason
About The Position
As a Lead Teacher at Childtime of Mason, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners by creating interactive learning experiences and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure that licensing guidelines and company standards are followed. You will also build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and the center's success. The role requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday. Compensation is $16.56–$17.20, based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
- Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
