About The Position

Montessori of Alameda is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Primary Teacher to support an age-appropriate curriculum and help create a safe, positive learning environment. The role includes preparing and organizing learning materials and supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime. The teacher helps promote children’s development, monitors their progress, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Spanish speaking is required.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Spanish speaking required.
Strong collaboration and communication skills required.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential.

Nice To Haves

Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
Prior experience with children preferred.
