About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness enhances members’ experience and serves as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. The role welcomes and informs members and prospects, presents the Orangetheory concept and studio tours, supports prospects through their first workout, and sells memberships while meeting personal sales goals. The Assistant Studio Manager helps lead studio operations with the Studio Manager, supports sales associate scheduling and development, maintains the front desk, follows up with prospects, addresses member concerns, participates in marketing and outreach, and ensures the studio is clean and organized. The position is 30–40 hours per week and offers hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00, plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of management experience.
Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment.
Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Welcome everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested prospects.
Assist with creating weekly schedules for sales associates.
Maintain the front desk, answer phones, speak with members, and handle other tasks as needed.
Lead studio operations in collaboration with the Studio Manager.
Present studio tours to potential members.
Collaborate with the coaching team to guide prospects through their first Orangetheory workout.
Sell memberships and achieve required personal sales goals.
Follow up with prospects and conduct outreach calls to support studio growth.
Handle member concerns professionally and objectively.
Participate in studio marketing and outreach events.
Work with the Studio Manager to train and develop sales associates.
Ensure all studio areas are clean and organized.
