The Opportunity: We’re hiring an Assistant Studio Manager with a clear path to Studio Manager. This is not a support role, but a leadership track role for someone who wants to run a business, lead a team, and drive revenue and performance. Perform and you’ll grow into Studio Manager; stay average and this role will feel too demanding.

Responsibilities

• Drive memberships, class packs, and revenue growth
• Execute consults, tours, and follow-ups
• Track and act on KPIs: conversion, retention, attendance
• Build client habits for frequency and long-term value
• Deliver a high-energy, premium boxing experience
• Bring presence, urgency, and intensity to the studio
• Ensure every class feels full, electric, and engaging
• Turn first-time clients into loyal members
• Lead front desk and trainers with clarity and standards
• Build a no-drama, high-performance culture
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training
• Hold the team accountable to results
• Run a tight, efficient operation
• Manage labor scheduling and cost control
• Oversee trainer scheduling and performance
• Execute marketing campaigns and in-studio activations
• Solve problems quickly and independently
