About The Position

Rumble Boxing is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead its Short Hills, New Jersey studio. The Sales Manager will oversee studio sales and assist with studio operations. This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule, including availability to work nights and weekends. Compensation includes a base rate plus commissions and a bonus if all goals are met. The role also includes a complimentary fitness membership while employed and employee retail discounts.

Requirements

• Two or more years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Confidence in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Representatives.
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person and over the phone.
• Solution-based, results-oriented approach and a competitive spirit.
• Ability to recognize areas for improvement and make changes using good judgment.
• Affinity for and passion for fitness.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with night and weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, including grassroots marketing and networking.
• Implement the sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Sell memberships and retail products.
• Manage the staff schedule.
• Supervise Sales Representatives.
• Assist all instructors at the studio.
• Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Enforce studio policies and procedures.
• Schedule and participate in networking and community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
