About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Assistant Stretch Manager to sell Assisted Stretch packages and help members achieve their health and wellness goals. The role involves working on the club floor, setting appointments, building relationships with members, and developing Stretch Trainers (Myofascial Technicians). The position assesses members’ needs to recommend customized mobility programs and services, takes ownership of the member experience and business objectives, and helps prepare the employee to manage their own club. The Assistant Stretch Manager supports the Stretch Director and Stretch Manager, and achieves daily shift targets when the Stretch Manager is not present, particularly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

This is an hourly position paying $18.50 per hour, with eligibility for additional compensation through commission and bonuses. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late nights. Requirements

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late-night shifts.
• Ability to work in a gym setting and move about club floors and rooms.
• Ability to communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate the Company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from a computer database or email system.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively and lift more than 40 lbs.
• Strong people and communication skills, with a customer-service mentality.
• Strong drive for success, a history of commitment, and a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to motivate clients and a passion for health, fitness, and mobility.
• Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to produce accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service.
• Assist the Stretch Director and Stretch Manager with onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain club cleanliness.
• Support new member onboarding.
• Collaborate with membership sales and Personal Training sales teams.
• Support building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Sell Assisted Stretch packages and achieve daily targets on Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when the Stretch Manager is not present.
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of programs and events through the Information Hub.
• Assess members’ needs and recommend customized mobility programs and services.
• Build relationships with members, set appointments, and help members achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Take ownership of the member experience and business objectives on weekends.
