Stretch Therapist / Assisted Stretch Specialist
About The Position
StretchLab is an industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, providing personalized, hands-on sessions to help clients move better, recover faster, and improve flexibility over time. The company is seeking passionate, qualified Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists) for a hands-on, part-time role working directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness. Prior assisted stretching experience is not required; paid training is provided. Team members complete the proprietary Flexologist Training Program, which includes approximately 20 hours of online coursework and two days of in-person, hands-on training. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling, consistent hourly pay with performance-based incentives, and opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership roles. Availability for evenings and/or weekends and a consistent weekly schedule are required.
Requirements
- Have a background in fitness, wellness, or a movement-based discipline, demonstrated by at least one of the following: a degree in a related field such as Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Sports Medicine; a national certification such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or ISSA; or a current license or certification such as PT/PTA, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Yoga/Pilates/Barre Instructor.
- Be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Bring a positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude.
- Be reliable, professional, and coachable.
- Have a passion for helping people improve their long-term wellness.
- Be available for evenings and/or weekends and maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Strong movement backgrounds such as dance or similar training are encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client.
- Create a safe, professional, and engaging client experience.
- Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency.
- Build relationships that support client retention and referrals.
- Maintain client notes and manage recurring sessions.
- Participate in light sales conversations.
- Support studio operations and cleanliness.
