About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location. As part of the location management team, the Assistant Store Manager provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The role supports operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service goals while helping maintain an energetic and fun working environment.

The Assistant Store Manager may also perform the duties of other store team members, including Lube Technicians and Mechanics or Certified Technicians, as business needs, absences, or other factors require. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but is not required; training may be provided to candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license.
