About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with daily operations and helps the team meet individual and collective standards, sales goals, and profit projections. The role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
