About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role contributes to sales and profit projections by maintaining daily focus on individual and team performance standards. It also helps create an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
