About The Position

Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee Stationstore operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports the Store Manager with hiring, supervising, and working alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards, deliver fast and friendly customer service, and execute the food program. The role also requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and setting a positive example through urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
