About The Position

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in directing and managing store operations. You will support the Store Manager in planning, developing, and implementing organizational policies and goals, providing direction and focus, and communicating expectations to store personnel. You will also help ensure the store meets Coborn’s goals of being the Best Place to Work and the Best Place to Shop.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and managing store operations.
• Schedule, train, delegate work to, coach, counsel, and supervise store personnel.
• Assist the Store Manager in planning, developing, and implementing organizational policies and goals.
• Provide direction and focus and communicate expectations to store personnel.
• Keep updated on store products and assist with ordering products.
• Maintain and monitor merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Promote ACE sale flyers and build displays.
