About The Position

Beaches is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its North Orem location. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for leading daily store operations, driving sales and store performance, building guest relationships, and coaching and developing a commission sales team. The manager is expected to lead by example, motivate the team to meet individual and store goals, and foster a fun, positive, energetic, and results-driven environment.
