About The Position

Beaches is hiring an Associate Store Manager/Sales Lead to lead store operations, sales performance, and a commission-based team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving revenue and memberships, building guest relationships, coaching employees, and creating a positive, energetic store environment. The position is full-time with 40-hour work weeks and flexible scheduling. Candidates must have open availability seven days a week and be able to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
