About The Position

Beaches is hiring an Associate Store Manager/Sales Lead to lead store operations, drive sales and performance, and create an energetic, guest-focused environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a competitive, goal-driven person who enjoys sales, motivating a team, and developing strong guest relationships. The manager will lead by example on the sales floor, coach and develop employees, and help the team achieve individual and store goals.
