About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help the team achieve sales and profit projections. The role contributes to customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, with opportunities for career development and advancement.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
