About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager and help drive sales, profit, and customer satisfaction. The role supports daily achievement of individual and team standards, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and contributes to recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills, with a promotion-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
