About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and business performance. The role focuses on helping individual team members and the team achieve standards and sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, and developing team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation. The Assistant Store Manager also assists with recruiting and selecting team members, follows and enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties.

The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement through promotion from within. The position is based at Cumberland Mall; no specific workplace arrangement is stated.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
