About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with maintaining daily focus on individual and team-member standards to achieve sales and profit projections. The role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and supports recruiting and selection. It also involves following and enforcing Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
