About The Position

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team performance. The role focuses on helping the team meet sales and profit projections, contributing to a strong customer experience, developing employees’ skills and product knowledge, and supporting recruitment and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
