Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, such as in retail sales, restaurants, front desk, or site management.
• At least 1 year of customer-centered sales and collections experience, including cold calling.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Valid car insurance with the applicant's name listed on the policy.
• Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a POS system and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Manage facility upkeep, including cleaning bathrooms, hallways, and the lobby.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Handle cash, complete reporting, and make daily deposits.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.
• Travel between multiple locations.
