About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager at Swarovski, you will support a positive work environment, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive commercial results. You will coach and empower the team, act as a role model, and contribute to the store’s success. You will also step in for the Store Manager as needed. The position is full-time at International Plaza in Tampa, Florida.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships and empower others.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Responsible and able to take ownership.
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance.
• Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
