About The Position

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role focuses on maintaining daily attention to individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, and developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation. The Assistant Store Manager also participates in recruiting and selecting team members, enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
