About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead the store team. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit projections, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, developing team members, and supporting store operations. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and management skills, with opportunities for career development and advancement. The position offers base pay plus sales commission and a range of benefits and development programs; eligibility for some benefits depends on full-time status.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
