About The Position

MobileOne is seeking a results-driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead a T-Mobile retail store. The role supports overall store operations and is accountable for personal and store sales, developing a motivated team, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a positive workplace, keep the store fully staffed and presentable, and ensure compliance with T-Mobile and MobileOne guidelines. The role also involves keeping the sales team up to date on evolving T-Mobile technology, products, offers, and sales techniques. Work schedules may include varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Experience managing people, with the ability to lead and coach them to deliver results.
Customer service or sales experience; retail experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
