T-Mobile Assistant Store Manager - Great Mall
About The Position
MobileOne is seeking a results-driven Retail Assistant Manager to support store operations and bring knowledge and enthusiasm for T-Mobile products and services to customers. The role involves contributing to personal and store sales, developing a motivated team, maintaining an engaging and supportive store environment, and helping deliver excellent customer experiences. The assistant manager helps keep staff informed about evolving T-Mobile technology, products, offerings, and sales techniques; supports compliance with T-Mobile and MobileOne guidelines; assists with recruiting; and maintains the appearance of the store. MobileOne describes itself as a company focused on developing leaders, rewarding performance, and building careers, with more than 200 stores across thirteen states.
Requirements
- Experience managing people and the ability to lead and coach employees to deliver results.
- Customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

- Support store operations and ensure compliance with T-Mobile and MobileOne guidelines.
- Assist with recruiting to help ensure the store is fully staffed.
- Keep the store looking its best for customers.
