T-Mobile - Assistant Store Manager - Happy Valley
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager supports overall store operations and is accountable for personal and store sales while helping develop a high-performing, motivated team. The role promotes a positive environment aligned with MobileOne’s values and ensures customers are satisfied and receive an unforgettable experience. The Assistant Store Manager also helps manage customer traffic, keep the store presentable, and ensure compliance with T-Mobile and MobileOne guidelines. The position requires keeping up with rapidly changing T-Mobile technology and ensuring sales representatives understand new products, offerings, and effective sales techniques. The Assistant Store Manager also helps with recruiting and staffing. Duties may change at any time, and this job description is not comprehensive.
Requirements
- Experience managing people, with the ability to lead and coach people to deliver results.
- Customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
