About The Position
MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to proactively engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is performance-focused, with monthly goals, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement, including leadership development programs. The job offers earning potential of $21.36–$29.03 per hour, a $700 ramp-up bonus, guaranteed minimum 10% commission while starting, uncapped commission, monthly incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
