About The Position

MobileOne is seeking an energetic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead a wireless retail location. The manager oversees daily store operations, leads and develops the team, and ensures sales and service goals are consistently met. The role is primarily based on the sales floor, coaching employees, assisting customers, and keeping store operations running smoothly. Requirements

At least 1 year of retail management experience; wireless retail industry experience is required.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and step in to handle escalations.
Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling.
Recruit, train, and develop team members while supporting their career growth.
Foster a positive, high-energy culture for employees and customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reports and records.
Adhere to labor budgets and ensure the team completes training on time.
