About The Position

As part of the Store team at the Brickell Miami Stand Alone store, the Assistant Store Manager supports the day-to-day running of the store and motivates team members to ensure sales and operational goals are met and exceeded. The role is full-time and pays an annual salary of $65,000–$70,000, depending on experience.

• Previous experience within a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Experience supervising and guiding a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Support the opening and closing of the store.
