About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate, driven Retail Assistant Store Manager for its Bellevue Square store in Bellevue, Washington. The Assistant Store Manager is an integral leader who collaborates with the Store Manager and leadership team to deliver an exceptional retail experience, drive sales and operational excellence, and create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience between online and physical stores. The role works with associates to engage customers, meet KPIs, and support store success. The position reports to the Store Manager. It is onsite and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; it may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Unpacking inventory boxes weighing 10–30 pounds is also required.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and an ability to bring out the best in others.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays, and willingness to work onsite on a flexible schedule.
Ability to meet the physical demands of constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training Associates to engage customers in meaningful ways.
Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Support and manage daily store activities in alignment with Company and Store goals.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
Participate in sharing and developing feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Provide general product knowledge to customers and team members.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Maintain safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required.
