About The Position

The Sales Manager is part of the store leadership team and partners with the Store Manager to bring the Ann Taylor brand experience to life, drive sales, and deliver an omnichannel customer experience. The role cultivates customer and associate engagement, develops associates through education, coaching, and mentoring, and supports a high-performing team, strong store culture, and operational excellence.
