About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager assists the manager with store operations and supervision of store personnel. The role helps create a pleasant, hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships. The Assistant Store Manager must be well versed in and ensure compliance with accounting, employee, and store policies. The role also ensures that all production is taken from the back room and properly displayed on the sales floor.
