About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring management team members for its Haywood Mall store in Greenville, South Carolina. As a member of store management, you will manage daily operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, deliver excellent customer experiences, and contribute to store and company growth. The role includes responsibility for sales, store operations, financial performance, local marketing, and community engagement. The posting covers Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor positions, which have different minimum weekly-hour and availability requirements. The Assistant Store Manager must have open availability for store opening and closing hours, including mornings, days, and nights; a minimum standard work week of five days; and an average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak sales periods. A Supervisor must be available during opening and closing hours, have at least five days of availability, and work a minimum standard of 30 hours per week. All management team members must be available on weekends and holidays. The role is in a moderately noisy retail setting and involves prolonged standing, reaching, pulling, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders or stairs, and regularly lifting items weighing 5–25 pounds, with heavier items possible in certain circumstances. Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Assistant Store Manager: open availability for store opening and closing hours, including mornings, days, and nights; availability at least five days per week; average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak sales periods.
