JD Finish Line is hiring management team members to lead store operations at Grand Central Mall in Vienna, West Virginia. Management members oversee daily operations, build and develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; management roles require weekend and holiday availability.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Assistant Store Manager: open availability during hours needed to open and close the store; minimum standard work week of 5 days and average standard work week of 44 hours, with longer weeks during peak sales periods.
Supervisor: availability during hours needed to open and close the store; minimum of 5 days of availability and a minimum standard work week of 30 hours.
Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff, and to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics.
High school diploma or GED equivalent; the posting also accepts an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to meet the described physical demands, including prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, climbing ladders or stairs, lifting merchandise, and good vision including color differentiation.

Two or more years of retail leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and revenue growth.
Implement local marketing initiatives and build community relationships to enhance brand presence and attract customers.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity; identify improvements and implement solutions to enhance store operations.
Perform additional duties and projects as required.
