About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring management team members for its Outlets at Westgate store in Glendale, Arizona. Management members oversee daily store operations, lead and develop staff, deliver excellent customer experiences, and contribute to store sales, profitability, and company growth. The role includes responsibilities across team leadership, customer service, sales, inventory, visual merchandising, store maintenance, financial management, local marketing, community engagement, and operational improvement. Assistant Store Managers must have open availability for the hours needed to open and close the store, a minimum standard work week of five days, and an average standard work week of 44 hours. Hours may increase during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available during opening and closing hours and have at least five days of availability, with a minimum standard 30-hour work week. All management team members must be available on weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and regular attendance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a record of meeting sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A commitment to outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

Reliable transportation.
Ability to speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff effectively.
Ability to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics to understand and carry out normal business tasks, including interpreting corporate sales reports.
May need to move to different locations within the company's network based on operational needs and career growth.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
