About The Position

The Assistant Spa Manager supports spa operations at Los Angeles International Airport, helping deliver a comfortable, relaxing experience for clients while contributing to sales performance, team productivity, and brand visibility. The role includes administrative and operational work and requires a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Hold a current state Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, or Nail Technician license.
Have at least 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
Have at least 1–2 years of spa experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Have a passion for people.

Responsibilities

Drive, monitor, and analyze sales performance and productivity using weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs.
Implement and monitor upselling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity and help them reach their goals.
Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling.
Assist with spa walk-throughs and note areas requiring cleaning or maintenance attention.
Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits, and reporting.
Follow all practice policies and protocols.
Provide clients with a comfortable, relaxing spa experience.
Ensure compliance with labor and state licensing laws and regulations related to business operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
