This position is designed for people who are interested in learning about the wellness industry and growing in their career. As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will assist in the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction. Our ideal Assistant Manager will understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation. The individual in this position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Great personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Genius in sales and marketing
- Dynamic leader who can manage a diverse staff
- Great communication skills and connect well with staff and stakeholders
- Excellent organizer
- Empathic individual
Nice To Haves
- Spa experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the spa
- Lead, coach and support the sales associates and service providers
- Ensure exceptional client service and smooth daily workflows
- Manage inventory, supplies, and facility standards
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and training
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
