Wellness City is opening a new location and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their founding team. This role offers guaranteed starting pay of $17.00/hour, with the potential to earn up to $22.00/hour through performance-based bonuses. Requirements

Sales leadership experience
Customer service experience
Fitness, wellness, beauty, spa, or tanning industry experience
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
Ability to coach and motivate employees
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through
Approximately 35-40 hours per week
Five-day workweek
Day, evening, and weekend availability required
Must be able to provide management coverage as business needs require
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, and lift products, supplies, and equipment.
Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties.
Ability to lift and carry boxes and supplies as needed.
Ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.

Build relationships with customers and provide personalized wellness recommendations.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Support daily spa operations in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
Assist with scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity.
Review operational reports and performance metrics.
Help control expenses and support revenue growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Ensure proper sanitation and equipment cleaning procedures are followed.
Support facility maintenance and operational excellence.
Help uphold the Wellness City brand experience at all times.
