Assistant Site Manager
About The Position
Caliber Car Wash is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to help operate a new, state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash. The role is essential to the car wash’s operations and is responsible for helping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The company is looking for a service-oriented leader who wants a long-term career and professional growth with a growing organization. The Assistant Store Manager trains and coaches staff, communicates company goals, resolves customer concerns, and supports business growth and location success. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to see tasks through to completion. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends. Caliber Car Wash operates more than 50 locations throughout the Southeast and Texas and describes its purpose as improving people’s lives through career opportunities, professional growth, and an outstanding customer experience. Requirements
- At least two years of management experience.
- Ability to develop and train a workforce, build relationships, and achieve results through others.
- Ability to proactively develop and use effective strategies to meet client and internal deadlines.
- Passion for delivering superior customer service and taking pride in driving location success.
- Excellent listening, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to see work through to completion.

- Service industry experience is strongly preferred.
