About The Position

The Assistant Site Manager assists the Site Manager in ensuring the store operates effectively and meets customer service needs. The role also focuses on sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The position offers a path for growth into leadership roles and beyond.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Ability to provide and follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
• Ability to present a professional image according to appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.

• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling.
• Monitor chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures for effective P&L management.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks.
• Follow cash management procedures, including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn the wash process and equipment.
• Pursue growth through educational and training opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
