Assistant Site Manager - Clean Express Auto Wash
About The Position
The Assistant Site Manager assists the site manager in operating the store and meeting customer service needs. The role includes engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The Assistant Site Manager helps maintain effective day-to-day operations, supports sales and store growth, and contributes to recruiting, developing, and motivating team members. The position also involves scheduling and labor management, expense and P&L monitoring, quality control, cash management, inventory and supply monitoring, safety and procedure compliance, and handling customer escalations. Team members learn the wash process and equipment and may pursue further growth through educational and training opportunities. The job offers an hourly rate of $22.00 and the opportunity to qualify for additional incentives based on site performance. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
- Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to provide and follow clear directions.
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
- Present a professional image according to appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and collectedly.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Pursue further growth through educational and training opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
