About The Position

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and customer-friendly service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
• Shadow experienced team members, assist with multi-point inspection paperwork, and learn to communicate diagnostic results to customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and manage expectations from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honesty and transparency.
